- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup peeled and grated ginger

- Sparkling Carbonated water
- Juice of 2 limes
Put the water into a bowl and boil it on the gas.
Add the ginger once the water starts boiling.
Lower the heat and let the ginger water simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain it with a kitchen strainer.
Mix the sparkling water with the ginger water and then add lime juice and honey to taste.
